Recreating a photo from a magazine

In this shot we used a black background, had the model on a stool and used an acute power pack. We had two lamps set up with 5 degree honey comb grids off to either side and behind the subject (about 45 degrees). The lighters were a little above shoulders of the model. We then had two math stands with arms to hold up black reflectors on either side to block the bottom 1/4th of light which would block off the light going on the legs of the subject. We then did a meter reading of both sides which was f/16.

Recreating leonardo dicaprio ad with watch!

Here is the lighting diagram from this shoot. We had a barn door strobe lighting the black backdrop. A snooted strobe hitting the side of the subjects face with a black flag over part of the snoot to block off the light on the shoulder so it would only fall on the side of the face. we also had a silver reflector to the right of the subject. We had a gridded strobe coming from about 45 degree camera left hitting the left side of the subject. The gridded strobe was full power, and the other two were 1/4 power. All equipment was prophoto. I will add the photos from the shoot when I get them from PG!
